9) General know how of plumbing, electric, heating.

; a3 j0 S4 d/ \, u0 P10) Acts as a representative for the Hotel with our key business partners, developing new partnerships and maintaining relationships for best business outcomes and community relations

Compensation:
* R  g, V2 _0 [4 S& e9 kSalary: $60,000.00 Per year plus performance-based bonuses.
