A few minutes ago, the Consulate General of P. R.

" B: o0 K! A7 I1 h0 }4 Qnegative effects of the recent Virginia Tech shooting
tragedy on Asian students, which include Chinese
students. Although the gunman has been currently
/ R" v7 y" M$ c! v! u8 pidentified as a student originally from South Korea ,
it is recommended that Chinese students at UPenn and
in Philadelphia can also pay some more attention to
6 e& b& L+ @" A% s0 t& R% M* Ysafety issues in the near future. Rumor reporting that
. b& Z( {. a4 e! w- k4 A& bthe shooter is Chinese should be stopped。
