Tasks
        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and managers.
" l- W- s2 ]1 e' Z9 Z# n         Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
% \( h1 v% w+ d! ^9 f5 k. j. S, M  c         Generate reports.
        Provide friendly and professional services.
        Update customer information.
        Filling paperwork and document.
        Monitor and order office supplies.
+ W' F! i' Q7 x- v) T2 d- m         Container information update
2 Z* O8 t/ ]+ t$ r2 n         Keep the office clean and organized.

Qualifications
5 Q; |: _3 q- o3 h/ M& v+ z         Strong verbal and written English.
# _" E# O. L0 i6 s& P         Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
        Strong & out-going personality.
