/ ?9 {0 N$ Q) m( Z. P7 ~Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
" z" G$ H9 Y! w+ L) x% L- y2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
; B% o5 v0 m3 P5 U" V4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
: @* K9 E0 r/ u, _; `Skills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
: l" B$ b- v2 g2 S" D0 n2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
