Create email templates for operations department

Update and maintain office policies and procedures

Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients x/ v9 Y( v5 w7 v- x
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail) A* i) d7 X# Z, B0 x- T. v
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
