Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Develop and maintain a filing system

Submit and reconcile expense reports

Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers7 \) N* f W @5 m: G1 y- E0 z

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
