Answer and direct phone calls

Create email templates for operations department$ U+ X( d% l& T: Z! }! S5 U
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
( q* D1 Z- S" `! }+ g7 w. CDevelop and maintain a filing system
# O$ I. ], a- LUpdate and maintain office policies and procedures
' j# @( ?' l# i+ N. G, DSubmit and reconcile expense reports; x- O) J( B5 Q: F6 h" s" |# B
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
5 C% B4 v w0 C4 k: GLiaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy1 w' s0 q% R' L
Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs

High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
