Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Develop and maintain a filing system" X4 j2 b1 k9 U. c
Update and maintain office policies and procedures& s- l+ k! V9 i% A
Submit and reconcile expense reports
7 g/ R) t' w9 k. f ZAct as the point of contact for internal and external clients
3 W/ W/ p% J( B0 v, C' l# f8 E$ x$ CLiaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
. g; p" j0 }' W1 p7 F% c4 wProficiency in Google Sheets & Docs

High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
