工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
% ]  I; v6 c  P  N0 c! O+ JŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
( r, X9 J5 {- `9 Z# UŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

: b" }# d. N2 gŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
# q3 h! R7 O  N8 G/ O, u0 A; YŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
9 V8 j$ Y" A& T' p' f* R& NŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
+ |3 L3 K# I9 l& m+ gŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
# S3 ~0 s5 @$ c  wŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
