工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
* |: `3 ^7 r* Z7 P6 v# @Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
$ R; n; v4 W: S' U+ I, o6 [Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
7 s8 f4 e1 y' S) K9 W! BŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
* X* C1 M0 f  H2 }. O' gŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
) v6 s' g, U) ]& p: D2 DŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
) K8 L/ Z: r! kŸ   WHMIS
: Q! z( N" A" c3 bŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
  E2 U% z* E6 b- s3 k8 O  b* AŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
5 F# U5 Q3 s4 x0 C: k7 mŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
