工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
$ Q3 {7 y. H- LŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
% F" d% i8 b! C" M! c9 uŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
4 F8 Q8 D, n" Z1 D$ y# N  F4 eŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
9 N0 p9 S( v9 b6 w5 k! I+ E, ^. BŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.

( n+ {0 O9 W0 b0 f) F0 MŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
, b9 d1 m! B; p  O3 a: uŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
$ N. U6 L, }+ E" \, Q0 e4 H+ ^Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
$ t  U+ {0 `/ J% E( q3 v2 O6 DŸ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
( T0 }1 w9 Y# y( X3 C' uŸ   Computer experience required.
; _# W: t& q! O( X; m6 fExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
