工作职责
# C' B5 m& v; jŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
1 R1 `6 O# {7 S% C+ [( QŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
  _0 M7 {$ C* a7 e- b/ B* n9 jŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
$ w3 S5 L2 Z3 b" F" O, c* @Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
- q. S* k3 R* D. X$ S- PŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
; ~  l& \* e% U" Q/ f9 R7 fŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
) g! A, ^. M  ~8 h1 _Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
, `+ d3 _. j$ ]2 TŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.

' c7 ~( g* O! r  m- UŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
6 A, R8 m8 N% D$ R6 @- ?Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
* A3 \5 }8 [# vŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
( f- e; S; O% C2 M9 RŸ   Computer experience required.
" J  m' G4 r6 j5 \6 ~4 Q* UExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
