6 y. {5 [2 g  Z8 N0 j8 i+ yThe Sushi Food Prep Teammate is responsible for the day-to-day operations including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
& j" J9 g$ J$ _0 s+ S! ~, e-Job Responsibilities:
5 i, I! c" G: HCreate high-quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling, and date stamping.
1 s$ N' H- N4 }( W& B2 tEnsure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.

Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.
* _3 F6 X9 y5 ~' eMaintain daily production records.
