Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.2 ?, j' u( V1 G) X3 ~) U
Responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.( o3 Y6 s, f: }7 w; s+ V' O' p! z
Responsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.( a( ~5 a0 N1 z l5 P( s) M
Responsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.5 j+ g( ?' t+ U: G& ~+ A
Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.+ [* ?6 ?: i. Q2 |" B
Implement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.
$ u2 g" N* G/ R% K' DBuild IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.
