Job Description
7 T2 e0 b; ]; h" y- l. mResponsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.1 q, R4 t: H1 C! ]- D+ g+ n# E' z
Responsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.
+ L' L' N7 f/ C$ IResponsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.9 v- U2 K+ v& R3 M" c: [
Responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.
' A" n5 d0 _+ s& F6 sResponsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.
! X' P8 S1 B3 |% a7 ?& iResponsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.
4 i3 X* [ e7 ]& J4 \Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.% ? D0 t: y8 z. K
Implement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.3 b( N, x' k" W' ]
Build IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.
