( T5 o. l/ g: |3 f" w! U. lResponsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.
) x" U- h% A( xResponsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.$ _8 K- U7 A. H( X; d' X' \
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.! r! h2 D+ g0 F: B6 z
Responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.
- f% j3 P) m0 G U6 \( J& C/ R WResponsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.
f& [4 R9 P# z$ K5 D, KResponsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.& H$ \) U& o4 Z( {
Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
2 J3 b% b7 o0 t xImplement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.
: A% Q1 P$ b- v$ w1 ]# E8 ~Build IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.8 s% T, C' S2 w; A6 h* e/ k; P
Help desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
