CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

) h! X# l& i6 IResponsibilities:
2 w4 s, D1 F* J( A•        Manage all accounting transactions
# c5 b& x5 u) `* k•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
( X+ q1 U) S9 n•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

4 `( q* i' A; D$ d  LAccountant Requirements:
% A' m4 r; g! R5 m, r3 e: b
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
0 U1 o5 c+ R, y# a( W7 ~: Y# ?) Y•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
* O% x; u; C! \•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
; \% d! Q" t+ B/ }•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

8 y5 Z5 y/ s1 j& I  Q9 A# PSalary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
