CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

6 f( L5 h( I$ \" eResponsibilities:
/ |  c- F% ]7 E: C•        Manage all accounting transactions
: u' d3 o9 R# q; J( k+ f•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
% `; U( V+ x' Y( K: k0 c•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  i* |# A' N0 [' k% a% n•        Ensure timely bank payments
! n& R2 @* `" M•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
7 e8 p( f: Z. A, r; K! i+ P9 o- t•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
3 D% M0 v5 ?( v! ]•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
) X8 a3 e) s6 |# i& D8 n  H) N6 V4 F•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
) Z$ N# H! C* y: h. Y
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
* n( o% }4 O" a' h  y% B•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
& `. q9 j' l1 V3 k•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
8 _% a9 \* `' |6 b•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6 }$ s( M  f. r7 s9 ~. T: _•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
