CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
, j, z7 {3 g( f. b# V, E•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
0 o/ H& J& c9 A6 M+ f7 r1 c•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
3 g/ {" C7 L/ c4 `/ g: Z4 w•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
. h6 k" w7 J5 b( x( o  A•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

+ g+ \2 g; j3 Y7 \0 E" P
" B: E! v( ?- e1 u  I' x' j. _. q! A. |•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
8 U6 c: @' ]/ t  `) {•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
' v# B' s. J7 l8 ?+ x7 J•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
' }# g; j5 s3 O; I1 z•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
