CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
+ C; n- ]! |7 o& H) Z•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
: ^3 R# E" x, J•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
0 c2 O, Z& C8 c5 d0 S$ A•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
: v+ ?. a* w, ^! }6 W•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
+ I$ v$ _+ h8 J0 }
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
! P1 L5 e! D/ ^/ D: c•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
2 E& o  @& ~% r  d$ J4 E•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
: A9 l' p/ s% [3 p, w' w2 U1 r•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
& m5 a* K7 ?: V3 x8 s•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
