CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
- X- \% T0 H$ F' a% A# g•        Manage all accounting transactions
3 T+ G0 s1 @5 X' C# ^3 D" o! m•        Publish financial statements in time
: m( s8 h9 ]1 P6 h•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
5 M" t8 r! l. T: J$ j) Z•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
. w' O" q: _! g7 P8 x  D•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
: v/ o. a+ \5 j  [0 P3 o•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
2 o& t& V1 f! D- J) E& g+ F•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
. l6 `7 `4 [! P& c6 x. X7 e
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
9 p, x7 {/ J2 K$ V, A' [3 c- H•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
  O  l/ f& v: `1 s- b0 D) h•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
1 ~) J3 S" B. u* W+ Q" i9 E. c2 A•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
9 W- |3 S. P7 v, e; P8 C- \•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
6 g8 y0 h; f0 o9 ~0 d8 Y2 h•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
: ^% P, T; r4 O' p1 {) E- h5 y# n* O3 u•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
