• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
. G9 L1 i3 d- `• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
; `. x3 w) ]4 n8 T3 H8 }; P: p  s• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
, O  a! a* l: k3 v( }• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

Qualifications:

• Proven strong sales and customer service
/ X0 J% `* _4 a; i  C• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
5 R8 m- ^- E1 B  g  A4 P• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
5 [' p- w6 ~3 J% y! G$ Z• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.

• Previous customer service experience
1 }$ @2 Y% B# k8 ~• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• A Post-secondary education is minimum requirement
