Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
- Secondary school graduate
- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
0 w) I: ~( ]6 A) b% k1 A- Team player and development minded.
3 X+ U- K" ~4 w: O& a( F- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  T2 b9 P  c7 p% z7 b" L, n- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
0 u: R/ S) @+ A- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
/ `6 B# K8 B! @* X; N+ G9 B$ A6 V* D- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
3 N! O; T' i3 ~+ N2 Y+ r8 j- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
