Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
- Secondary school graduate
- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
% m( W, O) K, w, H- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
2 [9 i; \4 {. L- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
$ Z+ Y# c1 y7 I# b- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
/ N0 T$ {2 N/ o, x3 q6 ]& n8 M- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
