) f; H- y5 F9 G  @-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
" p5 P1 h8 s1 p( a-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
, q+ ^1 l1 _2 y% d-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
3 _# X0 @, E, q) Z-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
( |  M2 |' I! q7 D& B* ~$ B3 U8 Y3 t-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
' j, Q, D( X" \9 @  f1 R-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
4 i  D" u, X; i" q$ y) Y8 m$ }-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
