2 \/ j8 @' u. ~; u/ |. p8 o-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
6 F1 m7 x5 c& r: ^9 j-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
) M; J. [9 H0 }( T! \  C3 C' z. }-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
$ y6 b. m: w9 \) d8 T2 [* B-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
2 H! G9 U+ f! k+ |4 b-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
8 [+ t- v& ^& L8 m+ @% M/ ?$ N-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
