0 ?5 D, o; r8 E-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
# i* _) G9 H- T/ `( {6 R9 n. v-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
; s8 B1 G6 J) X; b" p5 l9 i-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
' a+ c  _; `) y# y$ c% K- F-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
) u+ n% s5 m) \-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
/ Y& v; S; p1 i( N-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
# l: e/ `% f7 y! h7 k-Fluent in English and Cantonese
6 T+ e! v  |  |) q-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
