Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
-Completion of a post-secondary education
$ p" K; t7 g; s' p3 ]2 J" F-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
+ t0 B- ]9 j1 U) ?. H  ?-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
3 V1 U& |7 v: Z2 Y& R+ n-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
- l0 n* m; E- ^) o; P7 d6 F+ L-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
% u1 H# ]+ L5 u7 o4 v' o; T& j-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
+ c  G/ s: O7 ]# c. J8 v! ?-Sales Experience is an asset
& m& T9 Z, m3 l-Fluent in English and Cantonese
/ O, c7 d  O" A-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
