Essential Responsibilities:" g! y1 y1 D U& k

PLC, HMI and SCADA programming of control systems in a variety of platforms for water and wastewater treatment systems.7 K/ t$ F# T2 r0 w& [+ S2 |. Q
Configuration and testing of PLC data and IO networks.# ^+ Y: D" k3 R- `" C# Z
Read and process engineering documents, including P&IDs, process design guidelines, Electrical Schematics, Communications Network Architecture and engineering best practices guides.

Communicate in a formal, professional, and technical manner to various audiences

Work with 3rd-party system integrators to coordinate plant design and operation as needed

Execute projects for a wide variety of Water Treatment Technologies (including Ion Exchange, Immersed and Pressurized Ultra Filtration, Membrane Bioreactors, Reverse Osmosis, Electro Deionization, Electrodialysis Reversal, Thermal, Conventional)
$ Z: S/ P. j& I1 R; ZParticipate in customer witnessed FAT, SAT and other related Control System checkouts as needed
$ t/ K7 ]5 m$ y( @% r/ FWork with internal stakeholders to provide input up front in the project cycle including bids, design reviews and factory testing1 S9 U! c6 S' d% P0 L1 G D
Lead internal initiatives aimed at improving the automation team and greater business and independently drive to closure; |, h. Z( F ~1 J( z
Occasional domestic travel (~15%) for client meetings or customer site visits.& \3 p! N! H' t. g1 N' F1 E7 H, K

! v% b) Q; @ c! Q4 Q% wBachelor's Degree in Engineering or Equivalent from an accredited University or College
2 i; u& _. |3 k: ?4 g, Q4 ITwo to five years' experience developing Rockwell based PLC, HMI and SCADA programs for process control applications.) e* k3 Y: ]& a. ~ G
Automation testing experience (simulation and/or field environment)
i. o6 h9 F1 oExperience interpreting process control documents.

" ~6 g* ^( l% v% IKnowledge of and/or demonstrated ability to learn equipment and processes related to SUEZ WTS products and systems including but not limited to RO/ED, UF/MBR, Ion Exchange, Thermal and Conventional technologies- u+ ?! @/ ^4 _5 O0 E

Understanding of hydraulics and fundamentals of fluid mechanics and previous experience with water treatment systems

Mechanical experience particularly with water treatment equipment (pumps, valves, instrumentation, relief valves, regulators, pneumatic systems, etc.)

Ability to operate under pressure on tight timelines while producing detailed and accurate documents
