Essential Responsibilities:- U' X& @4 b% m# @4 q1 ?! X! \

PLC, HMI and SCADA programming of control systems in a variety of platforms for water and wastewater treatment systems.
" _, l6 v+ v& \7 a" L/ LConfiguration and testing of PLC data and IO networks.
1 q- R6 n4 s4 GRead and process engineering documents, including P&IDs, process design guidelines, Electrical Schematics, Communications Network Architecture and engineering best practices guides.
; y N# V- G- ?. {" u; YCollaborate in cross-functional project team discussions and meetings, and proactively seek relevant details for programming deliverables.
. E1 }# I1 P, @Interpret and follow contract and customer specifications
- s# w2 l/ I; ?) |8 z" ~4 ^Contribute to the design of process controls strategies and documentation with operator and equipment safety in mind.4 s$ Z1 k1 b+ l4 O$ ]
Manage budget, scope and schedule and report risks and opportunities to project managers in timely manner.) h/ x% ]' M7 w% A$ {" N
Lead/coordinate/guide other automation programming resources for projects as needed0 b( ^! M% r0 C& ?/ u3 k; n5 _
Communicate in a formal, professional, and technical manner to various audiences
% R/ l$ H, y& w7 @2 @Provide timely support for field service teams during commissioning, trouble-shooting, and issue resolution

Establish, maintain, implement and follow standard practices for programming.
9 Q! n- y4 W" b* A( GExecute projects for a wide variety of Water Treatment Technologies (including Ion Exchange, Immersed and Pressurized Ultra Filtration, Membrane Bioreactors, Reverse Osmosis, Electro Deionization, Electrodialysis Reversal, Thermal, Conventional)
/ l7 ^! I1 @! i0 p6 w" KParticipate in customer witnessed FAT, SAT and other related Control System checkouts as needed
0 u+ c- U6 [3 R* g5 C$ AWork with internal stakeholders to provide input up front in the project cycle including bids, design reviews and factory testing6 d, i$ y; z" [% H
Lead internal initiatives aimed at improving the automation team and greater business and independently drive to closure, b7 P1 s$ B& ^( p2 ?; k
Occasional domestic travel (~15%) for client meetings or customer site visits.. }4 G1 I1 h6 N$ |& }6 x

Qualifications/Requirements:- g2 r+ W( c$ ^9 U) N$ _
0 a" z- C6 Z% J( _Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Equivalent from an accredited University or College
0 `; K$ ?* K3 C( L$ [Two to five years' experience developing Rockwell based PLC, HMI and SCADA programs for process control applications.
1 ^5 Q+ \$ }+ W0 w: q# ~" sAutomation testing experience (simulation and/or field environment)& f6 A- ^# x2 C& ~' U$ w& C T* d! e
Experience interpreting process control documents.
' i. e9 w' Y9 x; ~2 J4 EExcellent written/verbal communication skills and problem-solving abilities
3 z! j y7 m" qProven ability to follow set of procedures and standards, and extrapolate new concepts from established standards1 `2 ]/ a3 Z* J2 T3 A L
Knowledge of and/or demonstrated ability to learn equipment and processes related to SUEZ WTS products and systems including but not limited to RO/ED, UF/MBR, Ion Exchange, Thermal and Conventional technologies/ y! l h' U+ t! ]
Valid passport and driver's license.

Understanding of hydraulics and fundamentals of fluid mechanics and previous experience with water treatment systems m3 H' n% n+ b% f1 v: i; Z
Strong knowledge of water/wastewater process: Understand biological processes, disinfection, BOD, coagulation, etc.+ d: l& e/ M4 }& Z
Mechanical experience particularly with water treatment equipment (pumps, valves, instrumentation, relief valves, regulators, pneumatic systems, etc.)2 `: t' _, z! _
Electrical experience particularly with electrical panels and water treatment equipment" a" ?* y2 h4 q
Ability to operate under pressure on tight timelines while producing detailed and accurate documents
: f( ~6 u# e; u: k- u2 T! mAbility to quickly shift focus from one technical issue to another while maintaining commitment to accuracy and precision
