I.        Order Related; D$ G  g) G. ~

- Check order Accuracy in time manner
% x( W( n. }& E. ]% H- Order Acknowledge by email0 m! C: G( v8 d
- Order Checking according to guideline" _* P* X. E3 C/ |% D  i6 ^0 o
- Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner
% N: w- v' F1 z7 w! o9 d% |  Y' d& ]: D- Charge Credit Card to approve payment6 w" x$ U) C! u9 m- `+ e
- Send orders to warehouse to process
/ i- v4 c0 T" _, _- \; l- Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request or Inventory Shortage  m) r: A- a( c
- Follow up and report about order status
0 H) l0 H; s6 \- j7 U- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
' j* o# h  ]; f* v8 e- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.

0 ^0 f( a+ S( n' n0 X- Submit ASN and invoice on Customer Portal in Time Manner.

- Point of contact with warehouse for all related matters 8 d2 g0 Q, `% \& ]* L5 Y
- Point of contact with Factory in China ; X5 q- Q: S* O% Q; |
- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly
* W' o2 x! q! e4 M  s- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage0 k/ [. e% C; Y; n* n' o0 g
- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with     account representative1 e" j2 B2 ?5 a3 `! o8 B
- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z.
2 s7 ]7 B; g6 L5 r# R: n4 B: T* q- EDI accounts related work and others as required
: h0 z. X6 z) `+ |2 P& F0 l' z( h5 d6 J3 T% o. @+ F* n* z% `
II.        Logistic: 2 [2 y" W% X4 G3 C' ~( W6 s; b; ~
) h1 C6 H  a4 V2 l( n, q/ D
- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
! p& z9 c, T0 q( E/ t$ p- y+ L- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures
" t2 R" x2 B; }( S- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.7 i8 f, D" s1 d3 m
- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.( h) Q2 H4 |/ h' }  T
- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.
1 P9 z8 G3 y) F; p5 H# `- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.
( t& _# K3 D/ A. a- H4 |6 S" K- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.
! @5 x$ G# G( i# t* L9 K- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.
: w- a/ \/ ]1 l# }- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.$ c! y- V. Z, F8 ^( c
- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.
# ]+ q- B" q$ X, E1 z+ w- R- D- Identify best cost effective procedure of transportation.

- Respond to customer & Internal team’s inquiries and ability to solve problems

: F# Z- W5 I& i- Work out Sales or Inventory related Reports on Monthly Basis or others as required9 T: s& x, O) b
- Work out Weekly Sales Report
0 s* _. S0 `  z" K- Data Analysis on Weekly Sales Through Report for 2-5 key accounts/ f$ x4 ]7 ^# W% y
- Update system with Shipping information at order level 8 ^6 t( c$ T! e
- Assist Auditing’s request for Order Processing related procedures
- `( {2 Y. P( F# F' E, t6 d- Customer Service and other duties as required.
