- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Excel, Word and Outlook. Strong Excel skills is required.

- Charge Credit Card to approve payment+ {8 _+ u  v  Y$ `0 S9 b+ g
- Send orders to warehouse to process% w1 V0 G8 w' g; ~7 a3 _
- Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request or Inventory Shortage# `8 c2 r: ?1 `1 E$ O
- Follow up and report about order status9 Q! V" t9 O; D6 V
- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
2 m5 {( C6 j- ?6 @- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.& v# T5 z) U9 s1 d: \
- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues independently
8 _3 G4 i# a! |# F- Submit ASN and invoice on Customer Portal in Time Manner.  P; \2 q, _- {; \$ X( x3 w
- Submit weekly inventory update on assigned Portal
; P4 x2 n% j. c; `- Point of contact with warehouse for all related matters 4 G* p- f8 L1 o# ~% ^
- Point of contact with Factory in China 1 X+ |! N6 n- Y- h) _
- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly
- j9 ^; I; r& G" L- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage
( I1 X. d9 e# R6 }9 {& k; q- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with     account representative4 C% v% t3 z( q* y, W
- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z.
, `+ a5 X) W' o$ q. K& p; e0 L, a. @- EDI accounts related work and others as required

9 y& d6 g+ s( P; L* i6 u9 s- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
6 e8 c8 v5 F, B) d  O5 y5 u6 B. ^: E' p- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures% k6 L0 K$ j2 z; O
- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.
) D* q* `0 s( \* I3 K; Z- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.
3 O% e" N5 C9 d+ @- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.
, I+ Y% t( ]; V6 T% n3 a- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.
$ I) @' G$ `0 T! U* O: S6 E, N) d% Z! E- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.. K2 ~/ a# W' A0 J0 Q5 H7 d
- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.6 P: t: e& e9 G4 I8 u
- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.; p! g( |- W# \+ d& s' a+ P+ _
- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.) G+ |; F4 N4 y! [
- Identify best cost effective procedure of transportation.

- Work out Sales or Inventory related Reports on Monthly Basis or others as required6 x- y! h2 a: |% p7 F2 x
- Work out Weekly Sales Report' s* d  s6 Q1 C2 {$ P" W; h
- Data Analysis on Weekly Sales Through Report for 2-5 key accounts. x0 y8 l" w& M( p  i' ]% t
- Update system with Shipping information at order level
7 Y0 v- K2 H. O8 `5 ^; K- Assist Auditing’s request for Order Processing related procedures
