- Order Acknowledge by email

- Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner, F3 \ q( L, n2 M
- Charge Credit Card to approve payment
$ d$ _' V) O) Z5 ^5 h3 W) u- Send orders to warehouse to process
) h0 Y% ^0 I- W- F& K- Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request or Inventory Shortage

- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.

- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues independently

- Point of contact with Factory in China

- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with account representative# z, _! n- t p) f# E- Z: }
- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z. . n% c2 F: x3 R. G9 T
- EDI accounts related work and others as required & w& s; U0 [7 M$ c6 \9 c# K3 ]/ O" A& t

+ m7 z$ B2 V6 F. F- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures
- }- E" C5 [+ {) j( S- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.0 M/ A3 G; [: M7 D' o3 r; S4 g# P$ c
- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.
' P- |! p% c* D8 v2 s$ W- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.
1 O" v c! K6 l- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.
, f( ]1 ?1 e9 v! x- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.% s0 z$ V! k; s" X$ d- L
- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers. D3 h, B3 @; W- h& d8 y* h
- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.0 v! P5 J1 C* [/ T9 p
- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.+ b; i; ?4 Z* T$ f) L3 o
- Identify best cost effective procedure of transportation.1 T# }- c6 s) {) c+ X% c
