- Submit weekly inventory update on assigned Portal

- Point of contact with Factory in China 2 D& L6 l3 F9 F7 d
- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly / `; g( ^- {( A
- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage
; V5 l' J0 x) I F. j, o8 F- `) A- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with account representative
: X5 {2 ~2 N% s. a6 S- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z.

- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.2 J8 c8 A" Y1 G3 s; A# e
- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures8 A) t5 X: E! s6 ]4 p+ _' b k
- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.. P i' i% ?. t5 {1 N* n1 s
- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.
E8 t' P" ]4 O8 ?/ _- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.1 H! C0 [7 K- f& R' C; S d
- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.
9 v& p8 L+ N7 N: Z5 P- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.: }4 Q) _5 N7 K) f3 A
- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.
6 d. n2 F- M$ d, o \( J- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.: p" F/ d/ n$ H, B+ ?
- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.

- Respond to customer & Internal team’s inquiries and ability to solve problems

- Data Analysis on Weekly Sales Through Report for 2-5 key accounts

- Assist Auditing’s request for Order Processing related procedures
