Hawaiian Chicken

•        1/4 cup (50 mL) Soy sauce
: Y/ m0 m/ Q( M+ E) k•        2 tbsp (25 mL) Liquid honey / x; t$ ^3 m% S# Y$ o+ c& `8 j" c
•        1 tsp (5 mL) Ground ginger + M9 [7 n7 u0 D9 S& c5 w2 q
•        1 Clove garlic, minced
1 a3 ?  C7 F; {: K+ U% Q•        Pinch pepper4 G* @" C. D4 W9 L1 }
•        4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
% o  t5 q$ Z6 X5 i9 b/ a•        4 Pineapple slices  M  K9 k' O4 }' M4 e9 T

Preparation

In bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic and pepper; add chicken and let marinate for 15 minutes.' V4 u0 S- K" t3 C  w; ]

( M* y1 A8 U3 w# w. P$ MReserving marinade, arrange chicken and pineapple in single layer on foil-lined baking sheet. Brush with marinade; broil for about 4 minutes per side or until chicken is golden and no longer pink inside. Serve topped with pineapple.
