-组织和分发工作人员时间表

-及时、专业地解决客户投诉。

& s' u- @. O0 M: i" |) W- Ability to train staff on customer service matters, stocking up products and sales
/ `/ n6 P/ Y4 V- n) a# ?9 o- |
' [% b  C$ L1 f( W- Organize and distribute staff schedules
* {" H+ j4 Z. [8 L; c  P; ~
- Preparing daily sales deposits, setting up cashier tills, etc..

- Opening and closing procedures

- Load and unload merchandise for sales floor distribution

- Set up floor and window displays

9 X0 C: W# h0 ?7 k7 h  e( j- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally

6 K" A$ m" U- L- Prior experience is a plus+
  
- Able to read Japanese is a plus

Job Type: Full-time (35 hours minimum)
