Full Time Position: Order Processing & Logistic & Inventory Control

Requirements:

1. Carefulness and Accuracy about data checking and data entry.

5. Proficient in Microsoft and Excel, especially for Excel, should be able to run/edit as per requests.

6. Organizational and multi-task skills. Could handle high pressure work and cold calls.

2 }8 D3 i: F, ~5 p" Y6 d8 X' j% v7. Working Hour request: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with 1 hour break in between (Monday to Friday except statutory holiday)

1. Check order Accuracy in time manner

2. Order Acknowledge by email

( D* f: F+ N4 D- Z4. Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner

' `3 u  M5 ^& i" c5. Send orders to warehouse

/ N) q: ^6 |/ V! N. U6. Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request

9. Respond to customer inquiries and ability to solve problems

10. Be fully responsible. Inquiries need to be followed from A to Z on your own.
