The Alberta government has an online source of data known as the Alberta Land Titles Spatial Information System (also known as SPIN2), from which a limited amount of information is available for free.

1. Visit https://alta.registries.gov.ab.c ... temunavailable.aspx, click on the 'Guest Login' button, and agree to the terms of use:

4. Enter the address in the fields at the top right and hit the 'Find' button:7 A8 ?5 w9 w/ C5 ]+ v# P

5. This will bring up the rough area on the map. From here you may have to navigate around using the north, east, south and west buttons. There is also a zoom button at the top left:3 w' \$ u' u2 f8 P& M# H

+ n( j$ D# U- u# R6. Once you've identified the property you want, click on this little icon in the bottom left of the screen, under the 'Tools' functions:

! n" L. w$ M9 J7 K" K7. Then click on the property you want and it will open up a new window. In that window, click on the little binoculars icon under 'View':

8. That will bring up basic information about the property, which usually includes the 'value' and 'consideration' of the most recent transfer of ownership:
