In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

Lead the organization towards the excellence in resident care and quality of life for Seniors
) f1 ]6 ?1 i: Q3 HAdhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
Achieve and maintain accreditation standards
Engage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
% ^  a$ U* J  s0 G1 E/ ABe accountable for decision and actions
Mitigate risk to the organization.
Education:

; {7 y9 R( B# [+ I( _5 d) W0 JA minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
9 M5 q4 N, c- W  S( BExperience:

% l0 ^* o* _: E, Q+ _Demonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
Public speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
+ i, x% U5 \  _9 Z! gSenior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.
Professional:

4 ^: Y7 X* h, G$ C# Q0 MCurrent or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).

Current or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
