Full Time Position: Order Processing & Logistic & Inventory Control

2. Thinking and working logistically and responsibly.

* Y8 T9 C! C0 H; v* \7 H3. Fluent English Speaking/communication and Writing

4. Teamwork request - Works well with others and independently. Work needs to be done in time manner.

4 o2 M( [, K1 Z9 |5. Proficient in Microsoft and Excel, especially for Excel, should be able to run/edit as per requests.

0 {2 @) i# p$ h6. Organizational and multi-task skills. Could handle high pressure work and cold calls.

* @$ f8 }! x% n7. Working Hour request: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with 1 hour break in between (Monday to Friday except statutory holiday)

8. Overtime may be require during Oct – Dec busy season.

2. Order Acknowledge by email

6. Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request

7. Follow up and report about order status

8. Inventory Arrangement

7 @0 f( v  }8 y9. Respond to customer inquiries and ability to solve problems

) ~' d% Y- B- i7 b7 T10. Be fully responsible. Inquiries need to be followed from A to Z on your own.

11. High requirement about Excel, needs to assist to run and edit Excel report in efficient manner
