As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsibilities for:

• Organizing mail;
4 l- G' J" T; |, d9 P• Creating purchase orders/data entry of work orders and tenant information;
0 I1 J1 r0 Q; i( ^) d3 t• Organizing files and documents related to contract and leases;
& i5 C2 h7 `4 n9 k) d0 a6 {3 K• Other duties as required;
5 V5 U+ h6 q' b+ n5 h• Flexible work time, at least 0.6 work load;
• Familiar with construction and rental industrial.

- Minimum 2 year of administrative support experience

7 B! B% n& D+ Y- Fast and accurate data entry skills
