• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:

o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003

o VMWare Virtual Server solutions

o Sun Solaris operating systems
# a8 N% p; }3 ?! i o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience% w6 E" G6 b3 H+ Z# i
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.& ~. E: X$ T' v6 G3 `% n+ |1 R
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls

platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft# T' k: q, P" @, Y, k( P
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.

• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.

• Have led medium to large sized projects
