• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:) E! P# P8 g: A- Q1 }; \, w1 d
o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
M8 f+ \6 W: I5 a W o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003" A6 K! J. Z$ |1 r7 E8 K
o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
" O! K, b; ]+ A o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003

o VMWare Virtual Server solutions

o Sun Solaris operating systems
+ e1 @4 Z5 u5 w) U8 E6 Y: I; F4 V o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience7 T' f3 r' r% A" R( t8 f! c
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.2 D; @6 ?% I8 H) K/ O u0 B, g# K
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
/ }1 U' ~) L8 M8 \8 r Z) m) M• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows1 B. A: |& Q9 o+ t5 j
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
" V6 J$ \7 v, L, kSMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:

o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)

• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
X6 y6 v c" c; W2 w! y# M• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005

• Have led medium to large sized projects6 i! q3 k( A; G, G/ x
• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory
