Today I was volunteering at a post office. A man in an old jacket with uncombed hair came to the counter. He had a wallet in his hand, and put it on the counter. He told me: , Q) C7 n" g" I9 v/ z
"I am going to send it back".
( o- |& C0 Z8 J* B# {2 YI did not understand what he meant by "it", because usually people would send a letter or a parcel back to the sender, and I did not see he had any of those. So I asked him:
0 l* ]# t/ B: n "I am sorry, what are you sending back?"

"Oh, you found a wallet, and you are going to send it back to the person who lost it?"
$ q8 u1 Y0 V! s; d"Yes, I did."( A* f! X; n. S; [* l1 G% G9 {
Finally I understood: this dishevelled man found a wallet, and he was going to return it to the owner by post.
5 b# J1 m) P" AHe took the ID card from the wallet, and showed me the address of the loser of the wallet. I saw there were several one-hundred bills in the wallet. . O( ?( {# U2 l5 m8 B* y9 l' I) H

He did not look up, and said: "I do not have a home."
