-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
-Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer;
-Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software;
) m3 S" j7 Q  e9 t4 H1 e5 K-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer;
0 f! w$ @3 H; Q-Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
: q: |7 _/ l) X1 a  R0 _8 W-Data entry and upkeep of the company’s databases, ensure a high level of accuracy;
& q0 i7 j6 ?1 [/ l8 h-Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mails, and packages;
-Provide administrative support to management and other staff
