A self starter,with the ability to work independently, excellent oral and written communication skills are required. You will have experience with hardware/software troubleshooting and resolution, equipment roll-outs and software upgrades and the ability to problem solve effectively with tight deadlines.# g+ h9 T" @+ r( B

2 M4 ^" K% M3 B8 `: i' F7 uThe successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining PC hardware, including installation, repair, testing and troubleshooting in a networked environment. You will provide cutomer service and support in the areas of hardware/software and handling simultaneous calls to the helpdesk in priority. Occasional travel will be required.
