% d% I% N3 |2 `/ hModify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
( C& I" r' C) I) iEstimate food requirements and food/labor costs
Supervise kitchen staff’s activities
Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
2 Z+ E' Q# I. E, o6 IRecruit and manage kitchen staff
- f0 c7 c$ E/ A) D6 |4 g  CRectify arising problems or complaints
" b8 l1 [6 Q" |" h( e* ^% yGive prepared plates the “final touch”
& q6 K* M- F  P0 c& O( p( aPerform administrative duties
- U+ c) D3 b4 U! ?9 z$ g9 HComply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Keep time and payroll records
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Capable of delegating multiple tasks

5 X: w' t7 Q4 t6 BWorking knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
BS degree in Culinary science or related certificate
