• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.6 a4 `+ Z' r9 q# q# j

• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.
' m! n Q( D# D! _ M& `• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.

• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.

• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.# \0 j! \# X. E+ T/ A1 t; [
• Perform route inspections as required.
. o' H4 A. i9 l6 p• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).7 M0 W0 T+ H$ F, M( [/ U6 c
• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.9 K( B( Q3 s. P1 T
• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.

• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset) o. T, D: A6 \2 Z4 d$ P
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
0 t0 z W( Z1 P4 S; ~% e• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

• Must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities as required
