• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.

• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.* j( @* y. v7 n- `
• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
- ]8 m0 f; `2 C9 M: x$ b• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.
" ?2 w7 U! h% r* Y( u/ `9 H0 ^• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
- ^3 ?$ s5 d& P8 g, H( m$ s• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.1 J7 |( t' ~& K. P
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.3 C2 q; g( j9 H) s
• Perform route inspections as required.4 \/ U& c; O7 D$ y: U
• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).) H8 g/ G3 @+ f- H0 C6 U
• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.
p# @$ p* R& o: g% b5 r• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.& M0 b/ l8 N t$ j. j7 z* X
• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.7 ?' b& m& p9 j; r1 G

Required Skills & Abilities:
3 d8 v: `) T. P, A6 A6 E% ~7 [• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset* `: y1 H' Q6 u
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
* J" v" m' P! h6 \$ E+ v• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
