Key Responsibilities:
- ~$ L: {- f, G. i! Q9 j) q• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.

• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.
7 F+ g0 r; o. Y5 g• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
+ V& J, F+ y/ j! h3 s• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.
# v' Y+ O; ?* W! T+ T• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.0 W2 W, v/ P% C3 Q
• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed., B, I# \" o+ O# y, o" Z" ~
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.
, R" {* x6 s2 I& l) E• Perform route inspections as required.
; Q# @' V" d5 [1 ^, d4 A• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases)./ W+ d! |$ y2 Q( u; c9 |8 z
• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.
( Q& \; Z7 I0 g/ \0 R3 h• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.

, T3 Y( h5 I6 p) d• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
: [4 ]6 m6 v! E) ]" e• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
) p# D+ Q, O3 V4 k; t, F' S, X) k• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal7 V/ \1 d- u$ y, i8 e4 p
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
