• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.

• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.

• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.! \- D& B! K$ R: E% P
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.4 J8 v9 B' ~5 v6 r5 o: l
• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.; j3 Z! C. c8 P; O- C5 l
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents., a. d8 h3 T) u- L
• Perform route inspections as required.% ^/ u1 \$ [2 \5 K
• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).
$ @6 K$ B, q3 f1 g& g! n• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures. F6 m8 l( z/ R6 z
• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.3 c7 _8 u: R9 g7 \
• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.

• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
/ h4 g4 b5 s* a" z* s& L• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
) ^( |+ Y: C1 q! ~5 V: n8 X% i8 ^• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal

• Must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities as required
