Key Responsibilities:
- p4 S5 W0 D. V! Z7 }• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident./ W1 l1 Z" j. R+ H! o0 Q# A
• Post advertisement
N$ S3 S$ F% H2 H8 ?3 e; o2 V• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.! H& ^, O1 c; Y* t
• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.2 l1 F' O4 T* X' n8 }
• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.+ V7 Z e6 u, @1 R. z2 L6 U$ I
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
- k- q6 ~0 s0 q0 \8 P• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.
& z5 E b( r0 z4 X8 W1 E• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.; ~& T+ \7 G7 P. V& I
• Perform route inspections as required.
7 R) k3 G2 G% d- o# I4 Q• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).
% A3 F; w* g: Z2 }• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.

• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.

Required Skills & Abilities:- Y5 j0 x2 w, l' I; O6 g% C
• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset- I6 Y) v3 c( ^
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
) g/ h) K0 P- T" Z( l: H• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)! `( I6 i; l: V) C4 S7 j$ Z
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
7 U/ @( x9 K. b ]+ \' v• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal
, N7 f" X( Y$ `2 U6 {/ p2 @' G• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license

• Must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities as required
