• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.

+ H' O7 k, k! z1 P• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.
8 S- R" O9 g7 o5 g! K; w# Z% x# w• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.5 r |, i, |9 Z3 J
• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.5 ]3 U6 @5 g1 J. v# H' G3 I A
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.' Q4 W$ Q+ X% ]
• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.
* I5 U1 @: C4 x" u+ T2 _/ D• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.# e2 D; V; A9 v* E a# N* ]
• Perform route inspections as required.
8 U( {' i7 e' i v7 ?! V• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).8 m( A e: y, ^5 M$ L, c
• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.8 C2 C6 T2 Y/ V# m6 N
• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.

" C X+ w, L/ g" g5 Q- \- D: B• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset: q- k" z( F/ e7 Z: z
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred1 B0 P9 Y6 w% o: N/ |
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

• Proven customer service and resident relation skills
