Job Summary:
" p. T$ |6 }% qProvides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.

4 S7 D) x C" z9 K; [Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- H5 a: g/ \8 g' Y" J" n7 d· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.# f0 o3 h* M* Q. v( Y. P' K
· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.$ R. [# ?# t- i7 m5 U
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.# v o2 q4 a$ q1 l
· Manages report database.

· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.3 ^! A2 m' b9 Z4 T, F. P1 E: [
· Provides backup support to other members of the department.

2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.' C8 ]3 g# p. _" G l3 X
" W7 N6 X: r# I7 A+ W& q- q5 jCertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.
