Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.% C; l% ~5 B) I6 x* X" z6 ?7 O8 b

/ ^, a4 x4 i: ~% U1 O7 QEssential Duties and Responsibilities: a u4 q5 v6 f
· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
2 P7 \# f9 V) i1 m# z3 o; l4 r· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
; q9 `/ w+ @5 R9 q" O$ L· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.8 P" z' W3 ]3 }( w, w; ~" c) K
· Manages report database.

· Provides backup support to other members of the department.

Knowledge and Skills:; v! S3 n1 f/ s. `) ^6 {% d; |
2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.* T2 F( z: G7 U

Certificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.

Excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
