Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.! r+ L5 q* x; h/ ^1 X: ^6 d

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- _$ Y" ]# W1 `; r6 D6 J7 {
· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.# W3 A& D/ |: D9 F
· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.- U, N, W- |8 m* U! y N
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.+ }5 N1 r; ?% }- U3 `
· Manages report database.
2 M# Y2 t# ~1 e# f9 W: ]· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.8 c' M: d5 F* [) o1 A
· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.

Knowledge and Skills:
# _3 G; U8 u7 D! |$ h" w: H5 d' }2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.

. u' r8 ~& F4 ~$ x0 mCertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.* _. d: B0 @2 W+ L0 m; ^: I
( N2 }! O, X. Y9 \Excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
