• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.
8 u, O0 g, x3 G6 V• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.' [* g/ a# [- x" K) L1 o$ f' k
• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible8 Q( O+ m: ]/ _
• Various administrative and order processing duties as required.

• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role

• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills
# G) i5 I4 D: U) E1 X" ]* l• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers) r( N, [! X; T' P
• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, data entry)2 w( I, Y2 F& e: ~, ~
