POSITION: Junior Accountant

• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.
" T8 i0 g& y @- p2 [# E8 s• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.
2 z1 W+ \* Q" I: b- A& Q• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible: C/ F& ]0 q9 X% f2 m
• Various administrative and order processing duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:
9 Q- a4 i, f; Q9 }& E
. R% x( I. B) ~- _9 \• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role
3 q7 j. {* R* e: }5 _. W' C: i• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study
- j1 g. u+ @9 F5 B• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills
! j8 g1 @5 B) Z: g• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers
