. Z7 i# h& [% V1 LEmbrace Family Clinic is located in Northgate Mall, now seeking a full time LPN. As a LPN, you will assist your assigned physician with direct and indirect patient care, like taking vitals; health assessment; triaging referrals; and LPN duties as required.

Qualifications/Skills:
•        Current CLPNA registration, CPR and BCLS
•        Primary Care delivery to all age groups
•        Demonstrated and effective communication skills
4 F- V# ]8 z4 [, \' X/ M0 m•        Willingness to work in a dynamic environment that requires flexibility and balancing of competing priorities
4 N9 ?$ Q3 H2 N- S5 g; [9 G•        Proficient computer skills
, W  i- ]3 }4 ~7 b5 d( ?1 s/ C1 b•        Immunization specialized certification is preferred.
