The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
9 L- _2 M) Z% C, M) E6 B2 vWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies$ f& x( @5 t& n
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines7 e) Y# _ ~: u& G
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;+ J2 B* R, C$ N. K* H( b4 @3 N# V- P
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
1 ^8 U% y: \3 T0 L' |1 gEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
+ T+ @! ~) {0 `; q( O$ {2 XConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
