The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Primary Responsibilities

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
4 k, }- a+ D7 Z: sWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies# p( O" s( F3 I, J& X$ ?
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
0 ]% X5 i7 K9 o4 `1 hManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
E% s: ^/ x9 T5 ?Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;! K5 P+ b! B1 s: c: O% v- o
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
5 r6 `$ g- m0 N7 lConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.* V* Q4 X" F" `; Z- u
Conduct all work within established time standards;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
