The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

" \8 _" K& M$ v G% SCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
?4 S. a5 @2 IWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies
# m% ^$ X% g) T) {+ z/ k2 lAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
9 R# p# ~9 ]; G' g6 U u) j) _. ]1 rManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;- N% O. A* e; s
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
. V: E: j5 K8 M) x! f0 z8 z. @Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
+ z# ~+ h2 k$ n( N. y2 V2 h9 f# YConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.

Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;1 [. y S$ V @9 \" x' [) J% G
Attention to detail and accuracy;
