The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.$ n# `$ o* Z2 ~$ p [! j) a0 L

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments* L' G& w1 F% C# z+ a0 `
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies4 V4 R# J. k9 `: _& z: X/ U+ n
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines/ s1 d2 b, l- X
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;. ]. r! R% Z, j: f" V1 |
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;& D! l! v% k- O& }9 i+ S
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
+ Q1 j N7 Z1 |# v7 \Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;

Hourly From $14 to $18 per hour based on experience;
