Back to 2-3 months ago,very few people in this forum agreed with me when I said that the house price would go down. The average house price # X2 Y1 X% {) t: \in Houston is $150,000 - $160,000. And 5 months ago I heard that a realtor in Calgary only released 2-3 houses per week eventhough they had more 8 E& A+ V" T5 n! }/ g) m, |# ]

我没有必要和谁抬杠,要知道EDMONTON的房价本来就比全国水平低,既使涨到现在这个水平都还不算太离谱.我买这个房子已经比我同学的贵了将近十万,我也很觉得很不划算,但有什么办法,你觉得贵不买,照样有人买.

那些口碑好的中介的话还是值得倾听的,人家绝对更专业,当然最后的主意的自己拿。如果是广告或黄页上随便找的一个,那先掂量掂量银子再说。
