1. Incline bench press;

3.normorly take protein within 30 minutes right after workout, for recover body and muscles rebuild. I don't trust protein shock, since worry about side effect. Personally boiled eggs/ fish are my favor./ U& {4 K/ w) Q/ ?4 }( ?4 R
