# Price Changes: 378 (349, 330, 371)
1 p+ x$ ^. Q4 Z0 ?# Expired/Off Market Listings: 311 (284, 135, 214)
# `0 D) N) ~( i# ~# g5 TNet loss/gain in listings this week: 78 (-90, 139, 147)
1 h2 g; x5 R  v. O, bActive single family home listings: 3208 (3078, 3145, 3068)& W" G5 x, S8 X. z2 L
Active condo listings: 2002 (1893, 1909, 1839)
