We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Primary Responsibilities6 L( d; H' F  m

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
, l0 `+ x9 @8 e( t4 `7 [Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
$ \6 ~5 q. D3 V8 T$ W( u! u# zAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
: B9 w5 g; H" v! ^% }; X  Z, MManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;& |9 q) K1 e5 U4 T
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
# V; H' S8 h8 Q% G! pEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;6 t6 u8 ~& Q7 q& t
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
5 x# o/ n3 \/ r8 I& |- SConduct all work within established time standards;
, `5 x, z6 u: ZEssential Knowledge and Skills6 E  x. h  d: f7 x3 U0 J) t; u

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
! [; x8 `6 O# w" K' YAbility to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;
0 m+ x% D3 y5 n2 C. N8 k" p- H8 ]Time management skills are critical;
5 g  {) N; e1 ]) h& k0 Y/ bAbility to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;. A! E& {! k8 d5 j
Attention to detail and accuracy;
/ B. z& X7 @# V! c0 OStrong organizational and computer skills;  v5 ?: b# Y5 Y5 E
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
, k) r0 W( t' ], xComputer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;8 \0 P- ~+ Z8 y/ y' r8 `4 J
Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;
# K( l# Q0 R+ v' G) R1 a6 _Ability to work with minimal supervision;$ b! c) j# B; {
Self-directed and highly motivated; and
  f0 H$ d( _& k. d  g( c" eAbility to communicate responsibly and promote effective working relationships.

Must have a vehicle, location is not easily accessible by bus;
