We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.. Primary Responsibilities9 O. ?/ }; ]  v! S

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments0 q8 f  I' u/ D& X
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
  }. L8 {6 W  MAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines1 O6 r; [% [$ a* w+ b6 f7 F
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;, J9 k1 T9 ]; B& C
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;! v9 W9 O  E5 E4 x
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
% c0 z2 s9 q7 t; O( }Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;& z- u# P" y, {1 w! ]! ]2 F
Ability to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;4 F9 A( ^, M* |; n6 [+ f3 W6 h! b
Time management skills are critical;! J, m# A8 _7 H5 M2 n3 p
Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;

# v# X  I! d7 wStrong organizational and computer skills;

Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
0 J) O0 U  w* t9 ^Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;% J/ T+ \6 i) v2 _

Self-directed and highly motivated; and

Hourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;

Must have a vehicle, location is not easily accessible by bus;
