5 B6 ^9 L3 v* [' SWe have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Primary Responsibilities

4 d) i* p; N* nCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments9 A7 \1 r, r: {/ u$ [- ?
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
. P$ H/ o" ]+ P  \6 @Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
8 r: C( i: `+ i) Y2 m- y( |0 DManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
) J$ D& @; @2 W& cOversee file management for all LMIA matters;
& u* O6 S: V& d8 l( k% J/ v$ c0 @3 SEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;7 p/ e4 B8 \6 w
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients., ?  j( l0 W/ t: B* Y
Conduct all work within established time standards;
4 @% J# M% w5 N' J( ?( u+ P/ fEssential Knowledge and Skills
+ C, U7 P' m3 D: U1 e! i: Z5 n9 ]+ A9 i1 n/ p

5 x' f$ P3 A) V& r- p, uExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;5 B) B) U, U5 F" x& \
Ability to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;
) x1 c9 X# O' t" i; c1 C2 sTime management skills are critical;" z. _9 O$ _9 C$ s/ \
Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;6 z* e- e1 I5 l0 w3 f" i5 ]  n$ d
Attention to detail and accuracy;+ ~: C0 {. m, A6 O
Strong organizational and computer skills;: L: R, ]2 F- t6 B$ Q4 e8 U
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;9 F- i, R* |# H% x
Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
3 l6 f  l# W+ I; ~7 _4 |; s# S! RAbility to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;. J. q% j% O5 E! _' ]- w
Ability to work with minimal supervision;

Ability to communicate responsibly and promote effective working relationships.

Compensation and Benefits
9 Q) j0 [. K# c7 Y8 m- x- D, s: I7 D- L+ J
Hourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;4 f" U# @  @& k% W0 R5 {/ l2 E
Benefits package will be offered;
# D6 P( T+ H0 OMust have a vehicle, location is not easily accessible by bus;: x6 H4 j4 q" G+ i6 g' C& u
