We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

2 j( N9 c6 a7 N, M* F: sCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
* V ]3 S6 d3 X% q7 U7 l4 ^Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
9 U/ C5 a2 ~9 C4 L$ F$ [. ^Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines8 O8 p% _2 v' r* t! c
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;: I1 K- v7 ^& ]
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;+ I. V5 ?. L$ @( W% r. F
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
9 E2 a" b9 y+ s- e: s% tConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.' y/ U/ I8 ]0 J* d9 E9 i+ r

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;) ^) |4 @4 Q0 r. A% Z* |+ M: o7 W
