这个小软件第一个TAB显示mortgage基本信息。

( ~0 i0 N/ v' G1 w- W' y第二个TAB提供mortgage 每年的summary，和每笔付款中利息和本金组成变化。并将显示信息生成CSV文件，提供EMAIL或下载的功能，方便用户在电脑上打开文件浏览详细信息。

第三个TAB提供mortgage的利息和本金图表信息。
