CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time receptionist to join our team.

, c# q, C8 u' u8 i-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
$ h$ Z' T( ?: S' I8 Q( K6 m1 `-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
- e: o4 g. b3 o" o2 R-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
, ]. `3 u% ~4 j1 ?- s3 a-        Keep office clean and organized.

-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.

  b; L% {7 V' h3 h* E2 DStrong verbal English.
-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
8 [6 l* D) O0 q* q( p-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
+ S& p2 O5 L9 P/ e-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
-        Strong & out-going personality
