请高人指点，要投诉Builder 及 realtor 找哪个部门？

四月份通过realtor卖了一块地, 要建套房子。十月份告诉我们地下室需要cut 20 square feet, 才给 $800

Credit. 现在已2个月过去了，问题还未解决。

没看明白，你们通过realtor卖了块地，关你们地下室什么事情？

可能是买了一块地，地下室的地基改小了，有说为什么要改小吗？

一猜就是了。之前朋友也准备买，后来有个朋友懂图纸觉得那地放不了那个长度，再回去问，sales才说地基会缩进去2ft，估计和你的情况是一样的。结构上是不影响，面积也没太大影响，主要sales这种明显隐藏的方式很让人不舒服。我差不多都能猜到你找得那个sales了。
