That will be my question too. In 2000, some million dollar house foundation collapsed and the owner sued the previous owner. Those houses worth a million in 2000, can be seen when driving thru Quesnel Bridge.  Nightmarish for some poor owners. Hope this land is better and solid.

Some general questions:
1) Price range of each lot, $500K- 1 million  and above per piece?
2) Do you have to buy the lot from builder, or builder owns the lot, and you have to build with such builders?
3) Who are those master builders?
4) What is the price range for those houses?
