In whatever galaxy,                                               September 29th 2006,
I believe there must be creatures like ourselves  
Dreamers

+ N0 F& B$ t% v0 F1 NBuilders of canoes,
6 m) j/ n+ K, SBlack smiths
Murderers,
; q- r: s/ h5 G# a$ t, H4 bRisk takers,
My mind is full of curiosity and wonder
As I think of what could be.
, m' _. z" `8 Q8 FThe world is so big to me
I wonder what it means to be
5 A9 n& x9 s8 e9 n) tI looked up at the star and smiled
# F. X+ c1 a( t/ N1 `/ AThey flashed as they have heard all I have read.

Here am I,
A poor old Guy;
% m4 l2 E' U6 Z& x, f6 _0 k0 h; M& ELegs in a bonfire,
5 V+ |% W  `* J$ ~: KHead in the sky
# X9 W+ L- P. g0 _6 }8 [: GLonely, with the feel of betray
Heart empty and hollow
: B0 x' F4 D& h: j  dAlone I stand
I am useless to all
3 Q' x8 M  t" {4 M% q! gBut I wish I were a dove
( R+ f/ e" B" EGiving myself to the world, to the fire
I feel like burning myself in to dust and fly with the wind
: I* D1 x/ ]) R/ h. FI sent prayers to my god
! s) {8 Z, r1 p% e+ ^8 eThough he does not answer
He bless me with the gift of hope
