土豆沙拉。
土豆煮熟，去皮，切丁（也可以压成泥）。生鸡蛋去蛋青，

用蛋黄搅拌均匀，一边搅拌一边加入沙拉油，直到粘稠成酱为止

(可以用筷子挑起，是个力气活，建议男士优先）。另鸡蛋煮

5 E+ `  P4 p4 f5 Z3 T& B熟，去蛋黄留蛋青（蛋黄可以拌小米，喂鸟）。蛋青切丁。另

黄瓜胡萝卜之类，切丁。火腿（肠），切丁。以上材料混合搅

拌，加盐等调味料（忘了在哪儿加，或许也可以在沙拉酱里

加）。均匀后即可食用。我姥姥家的聚餐，每次都有这个。材料

Dressing: Mayonnaise; Mustard; Sweet Relish; Salt; Pepper--mixed together to taste
4 c  d3 `, r  q. s8 `2 fMix Potato, egg cubes with the above dressing, put into fridge to chill. If you like it spicy, sprinkle some cayenne pepper powder on top. Serve any time you want.
