卖房 deck， fence survey

买来新房， 做了 fence 和 deck。卖的时候是不是要做 survey 和 政府批准？ 大家有没有 survey 公司推荐， 谢谢。

# o$ Z* X* U2 T- {I only got the contractor to build the fence only, which doesn't require any permit.

Do you have walk out basement? If the deck is within certain limit (not walk out), I don't think you need a building permit.
% T7 L/ ^9 d6 i/ T6 n5 MCall 311 or check the city website to make sure.
