关于房屋贷款的问题

今天收到一封来自银行的信，说因为我房子去年的propety tax涨了，我今年的月供也涨了大约60多。
信件原话是”XXXX corporation has now paid your final property tax bill, accordingly we have adjusted your tax component to collect sufficient funds for next year's taxes.“
8 e( i  x& T- e. g; e2 `( n" E% L我有些奇怪的是，propety tax我们每年都单独交给政府的，为什么我的月供也涨上去了？？求专业人士解答，谢谢。
