Edmonton suspended in twilight; fires continue to burn

EDMONTON - Edmonton remains in a smoky haze as of Thursday morning, with the city seemingly stuck in twilight.' F0 ^4 Z* z+ `; w# l( E8 R

But, according to Alberta government data, the health advisory has been downgraded to a three, which is low health risk, from a high of seven (high risk) on Wednesday.

The smoke is blowing into the city from hundreds of fires burning in British Columbia, Northwest Territories and Alberta. Hundreds of thousands of hectares have been razed in the blaze. |
