求教，Ambleside South 和 Coventry Homes 的看法

如题。听说Ambleside South 附近有消防局和通讯塔。这会对小区有影响吗? 这个区的学区是哪个学校? 小区只有一个出口，会是个问题吗?

7 `1 u+ g; }+ D! M, j' ]有人有跟Coventry 买房的经验吗? 他们的质量、信誉跟售后服务如何?

I have been looking into Windermere.
5 ~" q+ [+ R, z3 P: O) l2 TMy personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.
; {2 d# R1 w& r: c7 MJust Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.
# H1 D  k8 J! D8 wThe City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.

Some people already mentioned here, AS is very crowded.

That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.
$ h! J5 _" o/ KDon't understand why people with detached garages like to park on the street.

I am looking at single family home and finally picked The One.

靠着pond的那些都不错，但估计卖光了已经，或能选的不多了

之前也看AS pond最邊邊那一塊 不過後來電訊塔建起來後我考慮了很久 最後放棄了 同樣的價錢能買Glenrriding walk out了. 喜歡Conventry的Omega屋型.
