I have been looking into Windermere.; _$ n# V% t3 A* S
My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

3 Y3 a9 e3 b; U0 S4 e5 MAs you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.0 V1 N2 G8 W) u8 N6 j- i" ~. _+ n$ S
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.
& q2 C; X" |+ C# ?The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.% J! d. a7 w% }' _
4 r5 p% P3 @# Q; X3 U6 `8 M: b& b( u
Some people already mentioned here, AS is very crowded.

That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.

1 l% h y6 ]( V/ D+ _I am looking at single family home and finally picked The One. |
