builder没按图纸盖，咋办

按图纸上楼梯的墙都拆了做扶手，昨天从窗口看过去，墙还是墙，扶手一点没有。明天walk through，后天见律师叫首付了，交房日是月底，水电气保险都定完日子了。闹心死了。
大家帮忙出出主意。

楼主，这个问题你应该早就可以发现的，不然就是你的final walkthrough 日期定的过于紧凑。
没有final walkthrough，就定水电器保险的日子，这排期那叫一个紧张呀。
- W9 d$ O6 D8 F9 K. \, ~还是那句话，见招拆招，急也没用，该通知的通知，该延期的延期，沟通好，没有解决不了的。

一共就两次walk through，第一次就说了railing有问题， 然后就是最后一次walk through，发现完全没看图纸健，上面明明标着railing的部分，也能建成墙

Did you ever follow up with the builder?
+ }8 F; g8 }& Q) c8 |! C/ A; m6 |* BI would tell the site superintendent to arrange another walk through once the problem is fixed but not drag it along until the final walk through.
  l1 ^4 ^3 h! KIt is too late to talk about this now.  
$ L9 k7 L) u* B$ k0 DIf you have everything documented, show it to the lawyer and ask for hold back.

! c) ?" @% M9 m8 I4 VIf you can live with the wall, ask the builder to compensate you instead of removing the wall.
' O4 x- X1 m  F) }" P& C3 dIt will be messy after you move in and they come back to take down the wall.
