The process is very simple, schedule an appointment with a lawyer, ask for the fee and the amount to the builder, get 2 certified checks or money orders. Go to the appointment, sign the paperwork, give the lawyer money and take the key! & d- ?) v/ D7 p mIt took us only 30 mins when we bought our brand new (already been built) house from a builder. / y$ D' E) P* P" S/ ~* ?And you only do this when the house is ready for possession.
