给人骗了钱哪里可以找到法律帮助的机构

给一个朋友骗了4000块钱现在这个人跑去其他城市了打过电话给警察，他么说这个不是犯罪让我去法院告这个人，可是不太懂这个法律的流程，不知道哪里可以有免费帮助法律的英文不太好，谢谢大家谁知道的给点意见。谢谢啦！

警察不管这种事的，到小额钱债法庭告，花点钱请个识英文的人帮忙吧，人都找不到了，恐怕也只以能自认倒霉了。

Think this way, when a friend ask money from you, it means immediate needs like grocery and rent. without the $4000, he might have to sleep on the street. For you, with out the $4000, you only need to cancel a vacation trip. Money is like water, always tries to flow from high position to low position.
If a thief or a friend took your money even though you have some guard, it only means he wants that money more intensively than you do.
As the money already lost, if you still worry about that, you loss your peace of mind, that is double-lost. Let go will be better for your health. Think it as a wedding gift, a funeral gift, new born baby gifts, kid's graduation gifts for that friend in next 20 years.

有证据的.... 有要求他当时发短信给我说这钱是用来做什么的... 后来他关闭了电话....... 还有很多邮件通信记录... 还有他的护照复印页大概就是这些信息了... 不知道这样够不够信息....

就是希望这些不法分子得到惩罚........ 否则一次骗容易了,第二次肯定还会有受害者...... 倒不是因为多少钱,而是不能因为这样的事情让对错的天平倾斜了...... 就是想让这样的人知道做坏事是要负责的........

同意楼上的，没有借据的话很难打赢，楼主可以先咨询下律师，看看律师怎么说。如果不理想，愿楼主想开些，权当破财免灾了。自我安慰下，还好没借4万。。。

律师一小时几百块, 找律师花的钱也不少. 对方貌似是吃定你了, 怎么会交到这种人渣?

打电话去华人社区问，可能每个月有一次免费的律师援助，每个人有30分钟，要提前预约。去小额法庭起诉，好像也有免费的律师咨询，如果有证据肯定会赢，自己有相同经历，钱已经要回来了。这些无赖很怕法庭的。只要你有耐心一定会要回来的。
