留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？

2. 全cover，住院如果要单人或双人间，要加钱，一晚上才40刀。
3 J. X: l& V1 ?- j' ]4 M; }3. 牛奶金Canada child tax benefit(跟收入有关)和每个月100的universal child care benefit应该有吧，如果你符合：
! q  B4 S" W3 y! r  ~* e& kCan I get the Canada child tax benefit?
To be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:

7 ?+ @* l/ m& B. zyou must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
you must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
! r" ~: }- m3 }/ e9 nyou must be a resident of Canada; and
you or your spouse or common-law partner must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a protected person, or a temporary resident who has lived in Canada for the previous 18 months, and who has a valid permit in the 19th month.
