留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
% i1 ?2 F' F+ U3 ]请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？
2，有Health care card可以cover哪些费用？
8 X  f9 |7 I* R* u, ]3，留学生配偶怀孕期间和生完孩子后，能得到哪些相应的福利？

. i: R  d8 C) l. J2 [3. 牛奶金Canada child tax benefit(跟收入有关)和每个月100的universal child care benefit应该有吧，如果你符合：
Can I get the Canada child tax benefit?
# R4 s% C& @8 Z- K: }To be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:

5 \% K' w3 @% Z! b6 R$ \) B* u0 a% Eyou must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
