留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
3 e  F) \( N8 z6 J请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？
2，有Health care card可以cover哪些费用？

9 A% s9 y( {7 Q) H" V6 i3. 牛奶金Canada child tax benefit(跟收入有关)和每个月100的universal child care benefit应该有吧，如果你符合：

To be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:

6 v) b+ b( T" o6 E* e$ y' m# Dyou must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
, E6 }: I' a% H! pyou must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
