留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
1 `4 l* F; G# f, m5 i2 d" v请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？
# k" N- W3 E6 U/ n& K6 O+ U2，有Health care card可以cover哪些费用？
2 b! _" o# I  I0 q' U3 s) n3，留学生配偶怀孕期间和生完孩子后，能得到哪些相应的福利？

3. 牛奶金Canada child tax benefit(跟收入有关)和每个月100的universal child care benefit应该有吧，如果你符合：
6 ?# N, l+ S# s4 \# V$ y( vCan I get the Canada child tax benefit?
To be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:

: a7 R) Z5 k5 A2 w' V8 Wyou must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
% f" i1 ?# M/ b8 r, zyou must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
you must be a resident of Canada; and
you or your spouse or common-law partner must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a protected person, or a temporary resident who has lived in Canada for the previous 18 months, and who has a valid permit in the 19th month.
