When the option is included or purchased, exclusion 1 in the policy is modified such that, after any applicable waiting period, a stable chronic 5 h/ O4 h$ u: E. E: D" j; q" s, `condition (as defined) is covered under the policy.
“Stable Chronic Condition” means: a condition which is under treatment and which has been controlled by consistent use of medication prescribed by a “physician”; and ' m5 m! u6 J* |& e/ ]• there have been no new symptoms or change in symptoms; and/or % M- k* b) }0 s: O; i! q3 r0 C• there has been no “hospitalization”or change in treatment, medication or dosage in the 180 days prior to the “effective date” of this policy.! z+ {* d: \( ]( `9 V+ H
If “your” “physician” has determined that “your” health condition has improved and changes “your” treatment or medication or its dosages due to “your” improved health condition, this does not constitute a change.
